I am passionate about helping athletes, especially moms, return to their former glory. Because let’s be honest, it’s easy to lose our inner athlete as life carries on.
We get a job, buy a house, start a family….and our physical high performance habits take the back seat.
It’s my mission to help you get back into your fighting shape, and to also help you find your purpose and YOUR next level to help create a legacy for your family.
Years ago, I found myself in a not so great place. I was focused on my golf coaching career, working multiple jobs and therefore losing focus on myself.
In fact, I didn’t even think I would one day have a small family of my own.
I was sad, insecure and downright negative. I was constantly comparing myself to other females, feeling like I was falling short in every area of my life.
On the outside it can look like someone has it all but I was pretty good at hiding what was really going on.
On top of that, I was battling Thyroid disease, IBS, a rollercoaster of emotions, gaining weight and it had a trickle down effect on the ones I love the most.
I was feeling that all hope was lost and I would be in this unhealthy space forever…
until God laid out His plans for me and I was introduced to a new team.
A team that inspired me to motivate myself and put my health first. I was supported by this team and empowered to invest in my own well-being.
This is when I found Team BODi.
I didn’t look to become a BODi Coach,
God placed it in front of me.
He wanted me to encourage others to become the best they could be, to live healthier and more fulfilling lives, because that’s what I have always done as a Coach!!!
But this time I had to get my own sh*t together first, and BODi gave me the platform to do that!!
By focusing on myself first – my fitness, my nutrition and my mindset – I was able to set a solid foundation to inspire and empower others!!
I am blessed to help others gain control of their health, fitness, and mindset through this amazing business opportunity, as a BODi Coach. It’s a team I never knew I needed, and I am so grateful God had this in His plans for me.
