1. Eligibility and Program Enrollment
- Enrollment in our affiliate program is open to individuals and entities interested in promoting Maren Crowley’s courses and workshops.
- Applications are auto-approved; however, https://marencrowley.com reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation at our discretion, especially in cases of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Commission and Payment Terms
- Commission Structure: Affiliates earn a flat-rate commission of $10 per eligible referral.
- Payment Threshold: Payments will only be processed for affiliates with a minimum of 2 referred purchases in their account. Earnings below this threshold will be carried forward to the following month.
- Payment Schedule: Payments will be made at the end of each month, provided the payment threshold is met.
- Payment Method: All payments will be sent via PayPal. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that accurate PayPal account details are provided.
- Maren Crowley is not responsible for any transaction fees that PayPal may apply.
3. Cookie Tracking and Attribution
- We use a 30-day tracking cookie to attribute referrals to the last link clicked by the customer. If the customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking the link, you will be credited for the referral.
- Commissions are only eligible if the customer completes the purchase through our platform within this 30-day period.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Use deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to false claims about the products, spamming, or unauthorized paid advertising.
- Engage in any activities that could potentially damage the reputation of https://marencrowley.com.
- Use their own affiliate links to purchase products for personal use. Such purchases will not be eligible for commissions.
5. Termination
- Affiliates can terminate their participation at any time by providing written notice to [email protected].
- Maren Crowley reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at our discretion and without notice if any violations of these Terms and Conditions occur.
- Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited if they were accrued through prohibited activities.
6. Modification of Terms and Conditions
- Maren Crowley reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to affiliates via email, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- https://marencrowley.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this affiliate program, including but not limited to lost profits or interruption of business.
8. Independent Contractor Relationship
- Affiliates are independent contractors of https://marencrowley.com, and participation in this program does not establish any employment or partnership relationship.
