June has always been one of my favorite months. It’s always represented celebration (my birthday!), the start of summer, and great weather finally making its way to the northeast.
However, in the past 2 years, especially this year, I feel like June has become a month full of anger, pointing fingers, arguments, and more. And it’s not lost on me or you that most of this stems from different groups of people feeling like they’re being backed into a corner.
People do not feel seen on either side. And while there should be inclusion and representation, the general consensus, as you’ve seen from the boycotts, is that the people just want it to be proportionate.
So in this quick episode, I dive into some important facts and exactly what’s at stake here.
Bottom line… innocence is more important that the agenda.
