Dr. Saunders is an Occupational Therapist. Occupational therapy is a science-driven, evidence-based profession that enables people of all ages to achieve their goals and function at the highest level despite the fact that they might be living with injury, illness, or disability.

Each of us is born with God-given talents, skills, and strengths. Occupational therapists help clients tap into those attributes so that they can live their best life possible. They design strategies for everyday living and customize the plan based on an individual’s personal environment in order to help them develop and maximize their potential.

In this week’s episode, we discuss early signs of needing help and how to familiarize people with this amazing resource so that they and their families can thrive!
